2-hour morning session at insurance firm
Aimed at parents of age-specific children. This focused session included an overview of sleep for the specific age bracket, definitive suggestions and tools to improve sleep, detailed sleep training techniques, and followed by a Q&A session.
Full day 1-to-1 sessions at law firm
Aimed at parents of any-age child. 30-minute private sessions for individuals, providing specific tailored advice. Employees submitted an overview of their child’s sleep issue in advance, which allowed for sufficient time at the sessions to give practical, relevant and detailed advice.
1-hour webinar for large nursery chain
Aimed at parents of children attending the nursery chain around the country. This informative webinar focussed on age-relevant sleep problems in children, with practical advice on how to improve them, followed by a Q&A session. It included the use of detailed slides that were sent to all the participants after the webinar.
