I am an experienced and certified sleep consultant for teenagers and adults
I understand firsthand how incredibly frustrating and exhausting sleep struggles can be, not to mention the ripple effect they can have on your day.
Whether you’re managing work, family or personal challenges, poor sleep can make it all feel so much harder.
And I get it. I’ve been where you are. I’ve faced the sleepless nights and the foggy, heavy days that follow, trying to push through to get things done.

I have completed extensive training, and together with years of experience, I combine the most effective elements of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), Acceptance Therapy for Insomnia (ACTi) and a range of stress management techniques.
