Terms & Conditions for Programmes

Programme Licenses
When you purchase any of our programmes (ABC Transformation Programme, Reboot Programme, or Corporate Sessions), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased materials for your personal or business use. You must not share or sub-license these materials.

Pricing and Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe – a secure payment gateway. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected. If a Payment Plan is selected, you will make an initial payment at the time of purchase, followed by 2 additional monthly payments. Payments will be debited automatically from the account at 30-day intervals. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in legal action.
Late Payments: If a payment plan is selected and a scheduled payment is missed, you will have a 3 day grace period to make the payment. If payment is not received within this period, access to the programme may be suspended until the payment is made. Repeated missed payments may result in termination of access to the programme and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to review and change the pricing of the product. This will not affect products that have already been purchased.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your programme purchase within 14 days for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day cancellation period. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
If you decide to stop participating in the programme after the 14-day refund period, you will not be entitled to any refunds, and you remain responsible for any outstanding payments on a payment plan. Your access to the programme materials will continue as per the programme’s access policy.

Client Commitment
Success in our programmes requires active participation, dedication, and commitment. Your results are dependent on your engagement with the programme content and the actions you take. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
Our programmes are designed to provide strategies and support but do not guarantee specific results. You agree that we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to physical or emotional harm, that may arise from your participation in the programme. We also disclaim liability for any third-party tools, resources, or services used in conjunction with the programme. The programme content is not a substitute for medical advice where necessary.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the content or structure of our programmes at any time. Such changes may include adding new materials, adjusting the format, or updating existing content. We will notify participants of any significant changes via email or within the programme platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sleep Works from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use or misuse of the programme materials, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For programmes with community access (e.g., Facebook groups), respect the rules and guidelines. Do not solicit business, spam, or harass other members. Violations may result in removal from the group.

Termination for Breach
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the programme without refund if you breach these terms, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing of programme materials, disruptive behavior in community spaces, or failure to make payments as agreed.
